We can provide the architecture, engineering and design resources to put together the perfect project for your site or we can use your architect's designs.

Design 

You will meet our consultant to discuss your requirements in detail. We then prepare an individualized plan for you, following this assessment of your needs.

Preliminary Planning 

Once the plan has been confirmed, the technical department starts with your architectural drawings to create a component production plan. Individual walls, ceiling and roof elements are designed and calculated for our production team.

03.

Finishes

Now comes the most exciting part of all: the finishings. You will work with our team selecting the products for your new dream home – from the roof tiles to flooring to bathroom and kitchen design.

Production

From this stage onwards, as the house now goes into production, your project manager will be in communication to update you on progress. The individual elements of your house are now constructed in our precision factory to a level where the house can be assembled as quickly with unmatched quality.

05.

Assembly on Site

The individual sections of your home are delivered to the construction site. You can monitor the progress made in building your house daily and will be amazed at how quickly your home will become a reality.

06.

Delivery

Once we have completed our work, your Project Manager meets you and your architect for the inspection and your final acceptance of the construction work. If there are additional requirements, we are ready to be of service.
